Formularium Wizard temporarily disabled
Due to recently discovered security vulnerabilities in PHP, Digitalis has temporarily disabled the Formularium Wizard as a precaution.
As a result, custom formularies cannot be viewed or edited. Prescribing from existing custom formularies in Prescriptor remains possible.
Digitalis is waiting for a security patch and is closely following developments. As soon as it is safe to do so, the Formularium Wizard will be made available again.
Scheduled Prescriptor downtime – 21 October at 17:00
In connection with the recently reported PHP vulnerabilities, Digitalis will carry out an additional security update today at 17:00.
During this maintenance, Prescriptor is expected to be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes.
This interruption is necessary to resolve a critical part of the reported security vulnerabilities.
Once the work is completed, Prescriptor will be available as usual again.

Digitalis investigates impact of critical PHP vulnerabilities
As a precaution, our website is temporarily offline.
Digitalis is aware of two recently announced vulnerabilities in PHP (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619).
Because the exact technical details of the vulnerabilities have not yet been published, it is currently not possible to determine the actual impact on Prescriptor.
The security updates are expected shortly. As soon as these and additional technical information are available, Digitalis will assess which measures are necessary and carry them out where needed.
Given the importance of Prescriptor to its users, the system remains available for now. Digitalis continuously monitors the system for any irregularities, is closely following developments and will share further information as soon as there is more clarity.
Why is the website offline?
Our regular website runs on PHP. As a precaution, we have temporarily taken it offline until the security updates are available and applied.
